We’re thrilled to announce that The Lazy Mare will be returning to Florence Springs following a fantastic Easter season – and this time, they’re here for the summer!

Starting Monday 26th May, you’ll find The Lazy Mare parked up at the top of our lodge site, ready to serve up their mouthwatering Mediterranean-inspired menu. From that date onward, they’ll be with us every Monday and Friday evening throughout the summer months – perfect for a relaxed dinner after checking in, a day of adventuring or simply soaking up the Pembrokeshire sun!

Expect a delicious selection of loaded wraps, fresh salads, and sweet treats – all crafted with love and bursting with flavour. Whether you're staying in our luxury lodges or enjoying a glamping getaway, The Lazy Mare is here to add a tasty twist to your summer evenings.
